STRIDD starts as a plan builder, but with a free account it becomes a full training log and analytics dashboard. Mark each session complete, record your actual distance, time and perceived effort, and connect Strava so recent activities import and match themselves to the planned sessions automatically — Garmin and Apple Health sync are on the roadmap. Your athlete dashboard then surfaces weekly training load, a fitness trend line, readiness, your seven pace zones and personal records, so you can see not just what to run but how your training is actually going. Building and exporting a plan never needs an account; tracking is what an account adds, and your logged data stays exportable at any time.

Yes. STRIDD has a built-in mentor system that connects runners with mentores. Once you have a free account you can link up with a mentor who can see your plan and recent training, propose adjustments that you approve before anything changes, send you individual workouts, message you, and group you into a squad with a shared calendar. You stay in control the entire time — nothing lands in your plan without your sign-off. And if you do not have a mentor, STRIDD still guides you with a mentoring note on every session plus insight cards that flag when you are overreaching or ready to push harder.

If you build a plan without signing in, it stays in your browser local storage and never leaves your device. If you create a free account, your plan, session logs and connected-watch data are stored against your STRIDD profile so they can sync across devices — and we never sell or share your personal data. A mentor only sees your training if you choose to connect with them. You can export everything as PDF, XLSX or a calendar feed, and you can delete your account at any time.
